OUR POLICIES
July and August weekly rental only, unless there is a cancellation.
Each cottage has a maximum amount of people it will hold. Children of all ages included. Maximum amounts are mentioned in cottage descriptions. Please do not exceed this amount. This is due to septic system capacity and bylaw.
If you don't fill up the cottage to maximum capacity, you may receive visitors. As long as you do not exceed the maximum.
To reserve your cottage a $250 deposit is required. This deposit is refundable if you cancel 30 days ahead.
Check in time is 3:00 PM and Check out time is 10:00 AM
We allow pets.
Our pet policy is:
Please clean up after your pet
Please do not let them on the furniture or bedding
No dogs allowed on the beach
Don't leave your dog unattended in the cottage as it may bark while your away
